Customers have 14 days from the date of shipment to make a return. Return are always at customers charge.
All the information necessary for the performance of returns will be sent via email -cs@nineinthemorning.com – and the return label and the withdrawal booking document will be sent by the same.

Returns will only be accepted if the products have no visible signs of wear and the labels have not been removed. 
Will also not be accepted returns regarding the perception of color.  It is our concern to share images in which the color of the fabric is faithful to reality and it is not our responsibility to interpret it differently.

After the inspection and acceptance of the returned goods, we will process the refund within about 10 working days, when you will receive a notification by e-mail.  Please note that it may take another day or two before the refund is credited back to your credit card.
