What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information that you provide to us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer to provide us with information that helps us to know your browser and operating system.
Marketing by email (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Consensus
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collection and use only for that specific reason.  If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will directly ask for your express consent or provide you with the opportunity to say no.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, a third party stores your credit card information.  It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  The data of the purchase transaction are stored only for the time necessary to complete the purchase transaction.  At the end, the information on the purchase transaction is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure management of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

Once you have left our store’s website or redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service of our website.

When you click on the links in our store, they may point you out from our site.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and invite you to read their privacy policies.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to new owners so that we can continue to sell you products.
